Senior Sales Executive (Athens,Greece)

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our Commercial Team. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and manage new business opportunities from initial contact until the close of the sales.

Responsibilities of your role:

  • Execute business development activity to strategically grow the customer base through prospecting and cold calling. Leverage a repeatable sales process to drive to closure
  • Managing prospective and customer accounts through the full sales cycle in your region,
  • Selling primarily to Ship Owners/Ship Operations as well as to a wide range of industry verticals both in the maritime and the enterprise segments,
  • Develop and manage your own pipeline of prospective accounts and convert leads into new business customer,
  • Keeping Salesforce CRM updated including sales activity, meetings, pipeline, forecasting, etc.
  • Maintaining a consistent and lucid line of communication with the customer through diverse channels, such as telephone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations either online or face to face,
  • Ability to present demonstrations on services by video conference,
  • Assessing customers specific needs and pain points and be in position to map the appropriate product solution,
  • Accurately calculate quotations, and handle customer procurement matter,
  • Gathering and reporting business and market intelligence and industry trends,
  • Sharing customer feedback, and communicating product and service opportunities, with internal partners,
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Tototheo Maritime products and services. Becoming an expert in handling and understanding our solutions around satellite connectivity, digital solutions, bridge equipment, and services,
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets and lead contract negotiations,
  • Traveling 3 – 4 times a year to represent at industry events and conferences,
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales of your region (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results.

REQUIREMENTS: 

It’s essential that you have:

  • 2-3 years of prior B2B Sales experience working for a technology provider,
  • Experience with either IT/Telecommunications/Satellite/Shipping and Maritime Industry,
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels,
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is beneficial,
  • Excellent organizational skills,
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation,
  • Experienced in sales, customer service, and providing solutions based on customer needs,
  • Ability to analyze and enhance current processes through the implementation of best practices,
  • Able to prioritize the tasks according to the company’s and customer’s needs,
  • Exceptionally good coordination skills and ability to multitask,
  • Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment,
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, technical pre-sales, Customer Success and our service delivery team to ensure alignment between client needs and solution offerings.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environment,
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Salesforce CRM software,
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a relevant field.
