Our GSCC team coordinates, monitors, and follows up on your service in a professional, time-saving, and cost-efficient way. GSCC support covers the service, inspection, installation, maintenance, and replacement of spare parts and/or sub-units of communication, navigation, and safety equipment, in all sea areas worldwide (A1, A2, A3, and A4) and on all major shipping routes.
GSCC welcomes your requirements even at the most distant ports. All equipment inspections and surveys are conducted according to the International Maritime Organization stipulations. In addition, our Support team can provide remote support to your ship’s personnel to assist you in troubleshooting defective equipment, and helping you fix it when possible.

Here’s How It Works

After you contact our Help Desk and make an inquiry for service, we begin an investigation and analysis of the problem. Do you need equipment troubleshooting? Installation? Routine service? Once that is determined, we contact a local agent or forward the request to Support for remote assistance, and then coordinate whatever services you need, following up to give you progress reports and staying in contact with you throughout the entire process.
