Our new system will allow you to easily report any issues and monitor progress until resolution is provided. The new platform is now live and has already been updated with recent support requests received.
Sending new Support requests:
To send a support request, you can choose one of the following methods below:
- Send your request to the dedicated email [email protected]. This will automatically create a support case in our new system and will be monitored directly by support officers.
- Go to https://support.tototheo.com and click on New Support Ticket. Fill in all relevant details and click Submit.
Monitoring of Support requests:
In order to check the status of your support requests go to https://support.tototheo.com and Sign Up for an account on our web portal.
Through this new platform we aim to deliver a faster, more efficient service to our clients and leverage a more pro-active response to requests received.
