30% discount offer for seafarers on FX ChatCard 

In a direct response to the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on seafarer well-being, Inmarsat has accelerated the launch of ChatCard services for Fleet Xpress, with an introductory discount of 30% across all zones. The voice call discount offer is available effective immediately, day and night, until 31 July 2020.

Discontinuation of Crew Call
As a result of the launch of Fleet Xpress ChatCard, Inmarsat will discontinue the Crew Call service effective as of 15 April 2021. After this date, Crew Call will no longer be available.
New Crew Call vouchers may be purchased until 15th May 2020 and will have a validity period of 12 months or until 15 April 2021, whichever is earlier. Any unused Crew Call voucher balance on 15 April 2021 will be lost.

• Cards can be recharged using a unique PIN number for extra caller security
• No hidden charges, seafarers only pay for the airtime they use

ChatCard can be used across all vessels having Inmarsat’s Fleet Xpress or FleetBroadband service.
